PRIVACY & SUBSCRIPTION POLICY
The London Funeral Guide respects your privacy and is committed to safeguarding your personal data. This privacy policy aims to inform you about how we handle your personal data when you interact with our website, your privacy rights, and the legal protections in place for you.
Subscription Policy for the London Funeral Guide:
- Duration of Subscription: Each subscription to the London Funeral Guide is valid for a full 12-month period from the date of activation.
- Automatic Renewal: To ensure uninterrupted service, all subscriptions are enrolled in an automatic renewal process. This means your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each 12-month cycle.
- Cancellation Policy: You have the freedom to cancel your subscription at any time. However, please note that cancellation within the active 12-month term does not entitle you to a refund for the unused portion of the subscription. For example, if you cancel your subscription 6 months into the term, you will not receive a refund for the remaining 6 months. The cancellation will take effect at the end of your current subscription term, preventing automatic renewal.
- Non-Renewal: If you wish to discontinue your subscription without renewal, you must cancel your subscription before the 12-month renewal date.
- Grace Period: We understand that circumstances can change. If you decide to cancel your subscription within 2 weeks of the payment being processed and leaving your bank, we will issue a full refund.
- Notification: We will send you a reminder notice prior to the renewal date, giving you the opportunity to cancel your subscription if you do not wish to continue.
- Payment and Refunds: All subscription fees are billed in advance. In the event of a cancellation within the 2-week grace period, refunds will be processed to the original form of payment.
- Amendments to Subscription Terms: We reserve the right to amend subscription terms and policies with prior notice to our subscribers. Continued use of the subscription following such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
By subscribing to the London Funeral Guide, you agree to these terms. We are committed to providing you with quality service and support.
